Advancing Cognitive Health Through Early Detection and Neurocognitive Training
Aerobics for Eyes, LLC has developed:
- a rapid web-based cognitive screening procedure designed for scalable early detection
- a patented 3D cognitive training platform supported by clinical research
The Problem
A Critical Gap in Cognitive Health Infrastructure
Cognitive decline is one of the most significant — and underserved — health challenges facing the global population.
Widespread Population Impact
Cognitive decline, dementia, and visual-cognitive impairment affect millions of older adults — as well as pilots, drivers, athletes, and individuals with reading deficiencies.
Inadequate Detection Tools
Existing diagnostic procedures are expensive, time-consuming, inaccessible, or administered too late for meaningful clinical intervention.
No Scalable Solution
The market lacks a validated, science-backed platform combining accessible early detection with measurable cognitive improvement at scale.
The Platform
An Integrated Cognitive Health Platform
Aerobics for Eyes is developing two complementary products built on decades of applied research and legacy intellectual property.

The platform is not a startup concept — it is the digital evolution of a validated methodology with a 30-year evidence trail, institutional citation record, and protected intellectual property.
Legacy IP
U.S. Patent issued 1991. Original 3D methodology developed to relieve computer eyestrain and improve visual-cognitive performance across diverse populations.
Clinical Studies
Internally conducted clinical studies across multiple populations. Cited by the Mayo Clinic, U.S. DOT, Air Force Reserve, University of Maryland, and NHTSA.
ACTIVE Study Alignment
Findings consistent with the ACTIVE Study (JAMA, 2002), demonstrating durable 87% improvement in Vision Processing Speed in adults aged 65–94.
Target Populations
Who the Platform Serves
Clinical & Healthcare
Seniors, dementia screening patients, stroke recovery patients, and individuals monitored for autism or brain trauma.
Performance-Critical Professionals
Pilots, commercial drivers, and athletes whose cognitive performance is safety-critical and subject to regulatory standards.
Educational
Children with reading disabilities where visual processing speed is a primary limiting factor in academic performance.
Scientific Overview
Built on Science. Proven by Research.
The VMaerobics platform is grounded in decades of applied visual-cognitive research, independent clinical studies, and landmark peer-reviewed findings.
Company Overview
Aerobics for Eyes, LLC
In the 1990s, Aerobics for Eyes developed a patented eye exercise program demonstrating measurable improvements in cognitive performance across diverse populations. Originally designed to relieve computer eyestrain, it was subsequently validated by independent research partners and cited by leading health and safety institutions.

| Study Parameter | Detail |
|---|---|
| Objective | Evaluate three cognitive training interventions: vision processing speed, memory, and reasoning |
| Participants | 2,832 volunteers aged 65–94 years in the United States, with normal cognitive ability at baseline |
| Follow-up | Improvements demonstrated as durable over a two-year follow-up period |
Results by Intervention Domain
Vision Processing Speed
Highest improvement rate — the domain most directly targeted by the AfE methodology
Reasoning
Participants improved reasoning ability following structured training
Memory
Measurable memory improvement observed over the two-year study period
Key Conclusion: Cognitive improvements through training were equivalent to reversing expected cognitive decline in elderly persons without dementia over a 7–14 year period.
